摘要：
人类社会正步入信息生态时代,现代教育理念发生了深刻变化。外部空间的规划理念对新大学校园的建设有着重要意义。笔者在近几年的研究和探索中,总结了外部空间设计的五条基本原则,在文章中作了深入的阐述。
Abstract：Mankind society is following the age of information and ecosystem, modern educational principle changes deeply, and the programming principle of the open space has got the important meaning to new university campus. Five basic principles about design of open spaces were summarized and expounded in the article.
